I am the COO of Outdid.io where I am in charge of partnerships and regulatory compliance (👏 to the CEO, Zvezdin Besarabov)
&
I create a bridge between Web3 projects and investors at Disobae.com (👏 to my mentor, Andra Nicolau).
A bit of context...
After a bachelor degree in Management in Romania, France and Spain, I started my master in International Management and Sustainability at Sciences Po Paris.
Entrepreneur at heart, I decided to leave after the first semester, to move to London and start Outdid.io - throwing yourself into the unknown is fun...sometimes :)
Being exposed to hundreds of founders & aspiring young leaders, and working with thousands of people, I keep wanting more - to create more impact, to grow myself more.
I have 6 years of constant building - from national social campaigns to online academies, and now changing the world through Blockchain - I am ready to say YES to even more challenging opportunities.

Talked to high school students about civic engagement and how far you can go if you allow yourself to dream. It was with lots of laughter, beautiful stories, aha moments and many meaningful questions.

The Student Entrepreneurial Society invited me and Andra Cotea to tell students about entrepreneurship. Because we know how boring many sessions like this are, we came up with a concrete list of steps and resources to help us get our first start-up off the ground - from registering your company with the trade registry to free tools to promote your business.

What I love most about the podcasts are the vulnerable moments where you tell the people listening about both the good and the bad parts of being an entrepreneur.
